For today, just be. Stand in your light, and just be. You don’t have to do any “special” or “extraordinary”. Just be.
This is the challenge for many light workers. They keep asking “What is my mission? What should I be doing?”. Especially the second wavers. They are aware of their light, and seeking ways to put it into service. They think that if they truly are a light worker, then they should be actively serving. And so they come up with all sorts of ways to exert their energies just so they can feel like they are doing something. But often times, their exertions lead them no where and never truly manifest into the greatness they were hoping for. So then they get discouraged and frustrated.
They just can’t seem to understand that all they need to do is just be. They anchor large amounts of light to the planet. Their light shifts and changes the frequency of everything around them. A quick conversation with someone can activate huge downloads in them. Simply being near a stranger gives your soul a chance to talk to and help their soul.
You were not meant to come here and struggle, that wasn’t the deal. Yes, there were lessons you had to learn, and you could make those lessons as hard or as easy as you’d like. But all that is being asked of you is to stand in your light. Enjoy the richness of experiences this planet and physical body has to offer, while the light of your beingness does the work for you.
Yes, there are those with different contracts who are filled with a relentless passion to save the whales, rainforest, water supply... you name it. This is their job, not yours. Feed your passions, chase your dreams; but don’t try to fit into another person’s mission.
The light house serves one purpose only- to shine its light. No one accuses the light house of slacking because it’s not also feeding the homeless. It is doing it’s job by just being.
The greatest thing you can do for yourself is get to know your light. The greatest thing you can do for the planet is to continue to shine your light.

Today I celebrate you.
Each and every one of you.
You are so very important, so precious, so beautiful.
I feel all of you, because you are part of me, just as I am part of you.
The story of your life is as precious as the air you breathe.
It is the story of the human experience.
Some of your stories send tears of joy streaming down my face.
Some of your stories convey immense suffering.
And there are countless stories between these two extremes.
These stories, these experiences, are important, but they do not define you. Today you are the salt, and tomorrow you will be the sage, for your soul wears many faces.
Do not be bound by the labels that have been placed on you since birth.
Boy, girl, Syrian, American, black, white, smart, slow... these are all just temporary roles you play.
Expand your consciousness.
See all that you are.
If you can do that, then you can see yourself reflected back when you look into the heart of any other being.
You came here for the experience.
Over and over again, you came back. Each time wearing different skin, a different name, a different mission, new lessons to learn.
And each time, countless other souls came with you, agreeing to share this experience with you, to help you. Sometimes that help looked like the love of a mother, and sometimes that help took on the role of a thief.
The complexity and simplicity of your existence is beautifully intricate.
Open your heart to the full awareness of all that is.
Celebrate humanity with me.
I love all of you.
Thank you for your participation in life.

When I was in third grade, a new student joined our class in the middle of the year. I was assigned by the teacher to be her “buddy” and show her around. I was so honored! I was the student that was always in trouble, so to be given trust and responsibility was a big deal for me. And as a bonus, I got a new friend! Then after a few weeks, I was told that they were going to assign her a new “buddy”. I was so crushed and cried so hard. After all, they had given me a friend, and then they took her away. I felt ashamed because I couldn’t control my emotions in class, and so embarrassed that everyone was watching as this happened. That wasn’t my first or last time crying in class. I always felt lacking and misunderstood. Even typing this now is bringing forth tears.
But we remained good friends anyways during the few years she went to that school and her family made an impact on me in many ways. Although it appeared to me that they gave me something and then took it away, nothing was really lost.
This has happened to all of us in different scenarios throughout or lives. We buy a new phone, and lose it the next day. We receive a job offer or promotion that then has to be rescinded. You think you found the house of your dreams, and then the seller changes their mind about moving. We use these situations as a measuring stick to help us see how much we’ve grown and matured based on how we react. I’m proud to say that as I was faced with these circumstances during my life journey, I would see it with understanding, even if I momentarily felt the pang of disappointment in my heart. “It’s just not meant for me” was the phrase that boosted my spirits. And I knew it to be true. I am divinely guided, and my true destiny will present itself. I do not regret any door that has ever been closed on me. But the little girl in me still felt that pain, while the big girl in me held her head high.
This week, I reached a new level of mastery. Something that I wanted very much had been handed to me. There’s not much in this world that I want, but this was a place of honor, trust, responsibility, and esteem within my mind (I can hear all of you now saying “That’s your ego talking”). I took the time to savor the feeling of receiving it, and gave thanks to my galactic family for the gift. Five hours later, I was notified that there had been a mistake. This time, there was zero sense of disappointment or loss. I felt the gracefulness of flowing easily with all that happens around me. In my mind, I got to enjoy that moment of receiving. And if it is meant to be, I will get to enjoy that moment a second time. After all, people say the receiving is more joyous than the having, and perhaps that is true.
My Marconic journey has been amazing. This moment is part of that journey. I see how I have grown- though that doesn’t feel like the right word. It’s more like, I see how I have stepped out of my own way. I’ve shed engrained programs and reactions that felt false. I stand in my power, and no one can budge me. I recognize that if someone can rattle me, it is showing me a part that needs healing or releasing. I flow. I am present. I am aware. I am sovereign.
I feel I need to share my Marconic journey/transformation. But that is for another blog entry.

We’ve all experienced “Bad Guys” in our personal lives. When these men or women initially come into your life, you don’t immediately know what role they are going to play. After all, I can’t think of the last time I saw a “Bad Guy” wearing a black hat and a gun on their hip, challenging me to a duel at dawn. I’m not really sure how I would even respond to that. I could only hope that there was someone else there to witness it, because I doubt anyone would believe me when I told the story.
The “Bad Guys” I am referring to are the ones who bring destruction into your life. And where there is destruction, there is always pain. So we blame these people as being the cause of our pain. After all, if they hadn’t pulled whatever shenanigan that brought the shit storm into our lives, we never would have been hurt. So, the words “Bad Guy” and “Destruction” carry with them a lot of judgement. You simply cannot say these words without having a compulsive flinch inside.
Now, what if I told you that these bad guys are doing you a favor? They are fulfilling a soul contract that they have with you. Your soul called out, needing help from another to trigger an awakening, a release, a rebirth, or a transformation. And with great love for you, these souls stepped forward and said “Your growth is of the upmost importance to the collective. I will help you by playing this role in your life.”
At this point, you are probably thinking of the one person or event that hurt you the most, and your saying BULL SHIT! It’s okay to have that reaction. It is an indication that either you have not healed yet, your still learning or processing the situation, or a shift in your perspective of the situation as a whole is needed. More often than not, it can mean that you failed to learn the lesson. If you are unable to learn from the lesson, and let it transform you as it was designed to do, then it becomes something that festers. You can let the injury become your obsession, your life story; or you can turn it into your phoenix rising moment.
I am reminded of an lovely soul who worked twenty years in one career, for the same company. She feels the pressure mounting deep inside to leave that job, but her attempts to find a job along the same career path goes nowhere. So she lingers at a place that no longer serves her for three more years, because she is too afraid to chase her heart’s truest desires. Then people within the office start creating trouble for her- gossiping behind her back, creating a lynch mob of coworkers that no longer respect her. Suddenly, nothing she does is good enough, everything she does or says gets manipulated to make her look bad, and anonyms calls are made to a hotline to report her. After twenty years of loyal service, she is terminated. And with this new found freedom, she realizes that she doesn’t want another job within the same career field. She finally starts to listen to her heart, and takes a chance on letting the world see the version of her that she felt she had to hide in order to function within the corporate world. Her life transforms in magnificent ways, and she feels alive for the first time. Would it have been more graceful if she had taken that leap of faith herself three years ago instead of being pushed? Of course! But thank God for those “Bad Guys” who gave her the push. It was the greatest gift anyone has ever given her. These were not bad people. They were simply playing a part that she needed them to play. Soul contract fulfilled.
Trauma in our most intimate relationships also tend to be an opportunity for growth and transformation. Think of the woman who was cheated on her whole marriage, verbally and emotionally abused, and domineered. Once she takes off the blinders, and the full truth is revealed to her, the destruction begins. Up until that point, she believed everything was fine, and any harsh words she received were justified. She may have even believed that a "failed marriage" would make her a failure, and that she would be to blame. But once the destruction of these programs begins within her psyche, an extraordinary women is revealed as she allows the situation to completely transform her. She not only reclaims her power, she becomes the most kickass women you’ve ever seen. She stretches and expands, learns so much about herself, and commands dignity and respect. This new version of her was not a possibility had she never experienced such great pain. And when she no longer looks at their ex as a bad guy, and can thank him for the part that he played in her transformation, she powers up to a whole new level of Goddess.
I look back on my own life and see how beautifully this has played out time and again. In some ways, our lives can be seen as a road map. Our personal guides are working behind the scenes, looking at this map for reference. They are saying “Okay, at this point in her life, she should be here. And at this point, she should be ready for an awakening.” Please know, YOU MADE THE ROAD MAP! Your guides are just following the orders you set down when coming here. You said “Do whatever it takes to make sure I stay on course.” Each time my team felt I was ready for my next major transformation, it was always proceeded by a “Bad Guy”, and then destruction. Destruction is so important, because it creates the room for rebirth. It helps us to let go of something in our lives that was blocking our growth, be it a job, a relationship, or a belief. It’s amazing to me how many times the heart of the lesson is letting go of old programming.
There is great freedom and liberation in realizing that these people who brought about the destruction were only playing a role. It was a role that was designed to help you. And you will find that different people will keep coming into your life to play the same part until the lesson is learned. But it is not the events that should define us and become our life story. It is the change within us that these events lead to that define us. It is the awakening, the heart activation, the realization of our worth and all that we are capable of. It is the push that gets you on the path that was meant for you, and all that you will discover about yourself once you are on that path.
Some lessons are so large, they can take a lifetime to process and learn from. Some people have experienced horrors and abuse that we could never fathom. Other lessons seem to take forever to heal, because we stubbornly refuse to do what we know we must in order to forgive and move on. But it is important to know where you are on that path to healing. Take a moment to reflect on the “Bad Guys” in your life. Call them and the situation to mind. Breathe. Do you feel:
A) Anger or pain?
B) No anger or pain, but I’m not ready to forgive them.
C) I have forgiven them, and moved on with my life.
D) Appreciation for the part they played in my life. There is nothing to forgive.
Reread C and D. “I have forgiven them” vs. “There is nothing to forgive.” So, if there is nothing to forgive, then why must I forgive? Good question. Forgiveness is so very important in healing. It helps release all the energy within you that holds on to the pain this person caused in your life. But as your cosmic awareness and God consciousness expands, you realize there is nothing to forgive – instead you feel gratitude for their assistance in your growth. You appreciate the role they played in your life. You have now made that cosmic jump, where the words “Bad Guy” and “Destruction” no longer carry any pain or judgment.
This shift in awareness is crucial going forward as things begin to play out. You will see great destruction all around you, be it from our institutions, economy, politicians, or natural disasters. Can you look at the destruction that these forces are bringing into the lives of many without saying “This is so bad”? Can you be the compassionate observer to the destruction? This is not to say you must be passive in every situation. At times, you will feel like the destroyer yourself, as you deconstruct every aspect of your life (before another must come in and do it for you). It requires faith, trust, and non attachment. There is a time for you to be the creator, and a time for you to be the destroyer, for both are part of your nature. Knowing which power to wield in any given moment is true mastery.

Not every soul wants healing. Let that sink in for a moment. It’s a belief altering statement. It is easy to understand an incarnate, with his or her limited awareness and spiritual development, not wanting healing. After all, our addictions and vices of the flesh are so enticing. Be it drugs, alcohol, greed, or power- we just don’t want to let it go. But when we think of a soul, we think of a consciousness that is connected to Source, wise, and living out these human experiences as part of their own growth, and with the intention and desire to heal and grow. But that is not always the case.
Think of the person who refuses to see their pattern of behavior, and continues to play the victim as a form of emotional manipulation. You can speak to them logically, point out that their reality and suffering are a direct product of their actions and limited beliefs, and they will cover their ears and eyes. They do not want to hear or see the truth. We assume that it is the incarnate ego who resists taking ownership of their lives. Surely the soul wants to help shed this ego trap! Perhaps not.
If you have an energy healing practice, you may have had souls who have sought out your help, but refused to do the work necessary to help themselves. They become an energy vampire, crying to you about their lives, and no matter how much you work with them, their lives are still a shit storm. They want you to “fix” them, but ignore everything you say. And so they hop from one energy healer to the next, like a junkie looking for their next fix. And your left doubting yourself. Did I fail them?
Many social workers deal with people like this on a daily basis. They go into this line of work with a strong desire and will to help the less fortunate, the homeless, or the mentally unstable. They try to remove people from dangerous situations, or provide them with the tools and resources they need to support themselves. But quite often they find that even if they took a person off the street, gave them a safe place to live, food, clothes, and a job, that same person will be back on the streets within six months. Now, obviously, this isn’t always the case, and for some people, they are able to make a real and lasting difference in their life’s. But for many, it is a pattern they don’t want to change. And so, many social workers get burnt out very quickly, their optimism and idealism deserts them, and their hope in humanity falters.
Light Workers also struggle with idealism vs. reality. We start off believing that we will rise together as a whole. Peace, love, and illumination for all is our mission. We believed in the 51% rule – if 51% of the population went to the light, it would create a tipping point that would raise everyone to the light. While in theory, this make sense due to resonance (if 2 people are vibrating at different frequencies, the lower frequency will rise to match the higher frequency), but 51% of the population is a very large number. When we look at what is happening in the world, it seems impossible.
Then there is the Quan Yin syndrome. The beautiful soul that is Quan Yin, as well as many others, has made it their mission to stay with this planet until each and every last soul comes into the light. And we as Light Workers believed that was not only the mission for all of us, but in our naivety we also believed it was a possibility. We believed that we must stay in the lower vibrations to assist and bring everyone to the light. And so we channel the love and light of Source to the planet to help raise the vibration of all the souls. But this is a free will universe, and you cannot force feed someone light and love. You cannot force healing on them. So why choose to stay in the lower vibrations with souls that do not wish to ascend?
For even a half way mentally healthy person, it can be hard to understand that someone may not want healing. We see souls that are truly tormented and disturbed. Their suffering is great. How can anyone assume that they have chosen this? But in most cases, their soul did choose this. Sometimes their soul chose it as part of the learning and evolution, in hopes that the incarnate will rise above. But other times, the soul chooses this as their permanent stagnation. It is not to be judged as right or wrong, good or bad. We can look at these souls with great compassion and love, but know that it is not our responsibility to “fix” them. Can you honor their choice?
And this is where some Light Workers go back to sleep. They look around at all that is happening, feel that they have not made a difference, and become disillusioned. But the idea that we are here to save everyone was the illusion. Other Light Workers cleaned up the earth energies with their bodies, absorbing the toxicity, and turning it into cancer within their bodies. This does not work very well either. So, if we are not here to clean up this shit energy, and not all souls want saving, what the hell are we doing here? It’s that moment when you either throw in the towel, or expand your consciousness to the truth of who you are and your true mission.
We did not come here to fix your governments, your education systems, your religions, or your wars. These things cannot be “fixed” so long as we are giving the power to souls who do not want healing. We have seen this play out on a world wide stage. We pushed against the system for 100 years, demanding our rights and freedoms, just to find that all progress can be swiftly erased each time there is a change in powers in our government’s. A soul who has healed and realized the God love and consciousness that is their true nature could never wage war against another, drop bombs on homes, or seek to take control of another. This 3D earth will come to it’s natural end, and along with it, all of your broken institutions, and the souls who chose not to evolve. IT IS A CHOICE!!!
Now, each Light Worker’s mission is different. And yes, some have chosen to go down with the ship. After the fall, they will be the ones who stay onboard to help with a last chance awakening before the final curtain is drawn. Some are working in the trenches, where they must maintain low and dense vibrations in order to fulfill their mission as activists or protectors. And to these souls, we thank them for the work they are doing. Their ascension to 5D will be upon death.
But what started as an awaking for many Light Workers in 2012, has grown into something much larger now. As ascension waves have been washing over us, another AWAKENING is taking place. We are stepping into the truths that we have been teaching for the past 6 years. We are claiming our sovereignty, and then living it. We are AWAKENING to the fullness of who we really are. Once you awaken to these truths, activate and embrace them, you begin to rapidly shed your old 3D programming. What you are achieving in your own healing, and expansion of God consciousness and love, is extraordinary. And it is from this point of expanded consciousness that you realize you are not here to clean up this mess. You are here to show others the way out. Your mission is ascension. Your mission is you. This is everything.

Relax, Breathe. Find that place in your heart center where love swells. We used to call in the love of God through this heart center. We did this to help open the channel, or flood gates. Once this heart center was over flowing, we sent this love back out to the planet for healing. Then the shift happens within. We remember that the love of God dwells within us, just as God does. There is no separation between God and I. I Am God. This is not blasphemy. This is the truth of our truth. Therefore, that great, magnificent love that I feel for all of life is not channeled from an outside source. This remarkable love is mine to share to with the earth. Breathe that in. This love is mine. I am capable of God Love, I am a generator of God Love, for I Am God Love.
Now, feel that love of yours. Breathe into it. Let it swell inside, until you feel yourself wrapped in it on the outside. Sit in this pool of love that is yours. How big can it grow? Breathe into it and let it expand, further and further. Do you see? It has no limits!
From this point of love, I see the symphony of souls that helped me heal and find this truth within. There are no “Bad Guys”, no “Villains”, no “Enemies”. What appeared at first as acts of cruelty were actually acts of love, for they helped me awaken. They helped me to learn, and grow. They pushed me along, and helped me reach this place of beauty. They were an intricate piece in my spiritual evolution, and I thank them for the part they played. I am so grateful for the journey.

To ascend to 5D, you must unlearn all that you have learned. You must cut the threads that bind you to these 3D anchors. You must lay your magic aside for new magic. You must let go of all that makes you comfortable, for they are but illusions of security. You must step out, so that you can step in.
Many of you have already been experiencing this on some level. Even those who would not call themselves “Light Workers” are feeling the effects. For some, it is causing a great upheaval in their lives, and it can be quite scary if you do not understand what is happening. They find that they can no longer work in a certain environment, or emotionally support a certain lifestyle, and find themselves quitting or walking away without a backup plan. They can’t explain the sudden inability to function. They only know that they must escape at any cost. They don’t know where they are going, they just have to go. They are beginning their awakening, but cannot put a name to it yet.
Others may feel that change is being forced upon them. They find themselves being laid off and unable to find another job in the same field. Others are finding their homes destroyed. They are grieving for the losses of security and comfort that the jobs or the homes provided. It is only after they stop grieving that they see where they had ignored all the signs along the way that said “Quit your job. Sell your house. It’s time to move on.” Their souls are doing whatever it takes to get them on track, even if it means burning down their houses. Time is running out, and if you are not where you are supposed to be, it gets more and more difficult to get you on the right timeline, and drastic measures must be taken on your behalf.
A few have a glimmer of what’s to come, and have flowed with the process with graceful timing. But even they cannot know, when they take those first steps toward 3D liberation, all that will transform within them.
We are being untethered from 3D earth, and all the programming that comes with it. As we release our possessions, our homes, our careers, our families and our friends, we are in a sense releasing lifetimes of programming, as well as releasing our attachments to 3D earth. This is a very important part of the ascension process that we all must undergo.
As you go through this process, you will find more and more ideas about life become deactivated and no longer hold importance. Once the material world has been cut away, it is easier to cut away the outdated idealisms. You begin to throw out your reference books, your teachings, your beliefs. They do not serve you in the 5D world. You are now standing in a place of knowing through alignment with your Higher Self.
This is the great unraveling. Codes, old programming that has been running through your DNA from your past lives and your ancestors is coming unraveled from your DNA to be removed. These codes planted beliefs you were meant to overcome through karma, not embrace. New codes are washing over our planet in ascension waves to assist you. These new codes are meant to activate dormant DNA strands that until now science has labeled as “Junk DNA” because they could not understand what purpose they serve. But you must activate these downloads. You must assist with this process. Make it your daily statement: “I release all old programming from my system that no longer serves me, and activate the new downloads as appropriate for me.”
As you go through the ascension process, communication becomes more difficult. Language fails you with it’s limitations. Spelling and grammar become a challenge. It is hard to explain to another that which you know deep within, because the words are just too small.
And then you have trouble remembering things. These things you forget usually have no value to you and take up space in your data bank, therefore have been deleted. Other times, you may have trouble remembering an event your friends remanence about because they are referring to the you of another timeline. This will be more and more common as your ascend to 5D. For some, the ascension will seem as if the past is being deleted. You are in 5D, with no memory of a large portion of the past 3D life, but with no awareness of your lack of memory. For others, this 3D life will become but at dream as 5D becomes our reality. For most, this will not be instantaneous. It’s a transition. That is yet another reason many of you are changing your life so dramatically, so that the change around you mirrors the change within you.
You will begin understanding, and transcending, duality. You will cease to label things as “good” or “bad”. You see that all are simply playing a part. You will be able to look back at those who “Injured” you and see how they were helping you balance karma, learn a lesson, or push you off a path that no longer served you. You will hear your soul thank them for their participation in your spiritual evolution. Additionally, politics, news, and current events no longer hold any interest to you. You can simply be the observer, and say to it “Yes, I see”.
You will discover you are much more sensitive. Your body will let you know when you have been tapping into lower vibrational frequencies that pull you back to 3D. Worrying about money, or trying to hold on to your old life or routine may bring on anxiety attacks. Watching the TV, especially the news, my give you pain in your head, teeth, eyes, or stomach. Listen to your body. Pay attention to what you are doing or tapping into when you start feeling the discomfort. Recognize that you are tapping into something of a lower vibration than you, and it is causing you discomfort.
We are advancing at the speed of light. All the tools that helped bring you here were not meant to be brought with you to 5D. Tarot, reiki, crystals, and other healing or divination tools vibrate at a 3D frequency. You must be willing to lay these tools aside. You do not need tarot or pendulums if you are in alignment with your Higher Self. As your vibration rises, you may feel great discomfort when others preform reiki or other energy healing on you because the frequencies no longer match. Sound bowls and drumming may make you physically ill. Shamanism works with earth energy and lower vibrational healing. You are ascending! Let go of these old healing modalities. You will not need crystals for healing; they will serve another purpose in 5D.
You are being asked to travel light, Light Worker. Your new home is being prepared for you. You may feel in limbo as you transverse 4D to 5D, waiting for the soft landing. Once all old programming has been deleted, we can get down to the business of discovering the true magnitude of who we really are. As you peal back the layers, you will find that you get bigger and lighter.
You are not here to fix this world for them. You are here to show them the way out.
We speak much about 5D, but please do not let this become a plateau for you. You can go straight to 7D, or exit the grid all together. You are not limited.

When was the last time you played Life, Monopoly, or Risk? These are common board games that we all grew up with, and we seldom play them as adults. I played all three recently with my niece and nephew, and saw the programs they instill within us from a new light.
Of these three games, two of them are monetary based, while the third one is based on conquering nations by invasion. And I think the monetary ones cause the most upset in the house every time we play them. Inevitably, someone is going to be curled up in a ball under the table crying. But it is how we react to these games that gives us some insight into our perceptions of life.
I had not played Life in years, and only a few times as a child, so I really didn’t know what to expect when we pulled the game out last night. At the start of the game, you have to choose if you are going to college, or pursuing a career. If you choose college, you automatically incur a $100K debt at the beginning of the game, but you’ll have a higher income throughout the game. Different mandatory stops along the way force you to get married, buy a house, and later buy a bigger house. There’s no escaping it or getting around it (I do believe those were the exact words Al used when he proposed to me), thereby planting beliefs that you must do these things in real life. I even saw myself succumb to the trappings of the game when I had to choose a starter home, and took time to deliberately select a house that met my personal tastes and fit my budget. In doing this, I discarded the cheapest house, the motor home. I realized I had done so from a place of ego. I didn’t want my home to be a motor home, even in a game. This is very telling on a personal level since I currently live in a RV. But the fact that it came up in a game was astonishing to me, especially when it was all carried out on a subconscious level and I didn't realize what I had done until much later.
My nephew was beside himself and crying when his mom kept taking $100K from him every time she landed on the Lawsuit square. We explained to him that she kept taking it from him because he had the most money and can afford it. Had she taken it from one of the other players, they would have been kicked out of the game because no one else had enough money. But he was so distraught at what felt like being picked on, and losing all that money. It doesn’t matter that the money wasn’t real. There was an emotional attachment to that money. Once we got him out from under the table, and gave him lots of hugs and kisses, he spun again, and in the blink of an eye made back $300K and was all smiles, telling us how rich he is (my nephew is 8).
The game ends with you selling your home, paying off your debts, and then moving into a retirement home. You all know how I feel about that word “retire” from my last blog post. Then you count all of your money, and whoever has the most wins. So many horrible beliefs and ideas about life planted! The person with the most money upon death is not the winner in life. But we act like it’s true.
At the end, I asked my nephew what he learned from the game, and he responded “Life is hard”. We all laughed, but I hate for him to have this perception that this is what life is or must be. I tried to explain that we shouldn’t have emotional attachment to money. It comes and goes so quickly. You can always make more. I wish I could make them see that you don’t have to follow the rules society has set down. You don’t need to get married and have kids. You don’t have to buy a larger house. You don’t have to move to a retirement home. You can choose your own path, or create a new path.
Monopoly is another game that gets us all very emotional. It can take hours to get to the point where you have a true winner, so you usually call it quits at some point and count all the money to declare a winner. But we recently played to the very end twice, and this is how that usually plays out: Everyone tries to get a monopoly, and builds houses, and then hotels, so they can keep raising the rent higher and higher and collecting money. You have to do this because your neighbors are doing it, and if you land on their spaces, you cannot afford the rent unless you are collecting high rents too. So we are all charging high rents, and paying high rents. Inflation is ridiculous. One by one, players drop out as they land on a space with a hotel before someone lands on one of their spaces to help them supplement their income. Kids are crying as they are selling all their properties to try to stay in the game. Then there are only two players left. I felt like a monster telling my niece that she owes me $2,000 for landing on my Park Place with a hotel, knowing that it would wipe her out of the game. So in the end, you have someone who owns everything, but now no one can afford to buy their products. And the person with the most money in the end wins. Wins what? We’re all emotional and crying. I sure don’t feel like a winner.
Again, we’re all emotionally attached to fake money and fake possessions. And now we’ve taught the children how to price gouge.
And then there’s Risk. A game in which we teach our children that you only win if you invade another nation. While my niece and I try to expand peacefully, her father is attaching and invading our land, because the point of the game is to win. My niece is crying when her capital is taken. You do feel as if you are being attacked, and when you ask why, the answer is because you must attack to win.
Is it any surprise that my generation grew up to be consumed by corporate greed, and people who are profiting from warfare? We teach it to our children at such a young age. And don’t even get me started on the video games where the theme is kill, kill, kill.
But there is hope. Many new games I see, such as Concept, teach youth to think and see things differently, and encourage them to find new means of expression. They tend to be more educational, and don’t have winners and losers. Perhaps in this way, the programs from the old paradigms will be slowly eliminated.

We often hear people speak about the power of words. Our words have a creative force within them. We see that those who always say “I am lucky”, truly are lucky. And those constantly say “I can’t because…” often are stuck and can’t create the change they want.
Words carry a frequency, and attracts to it like things of that frequency. This is the law of attraction. Thousands of words spill from our minds and mouths each day, and each one carries a frequency. It can be quite overwhelming to weigh each word at all times. This is why meditation helps to quite the mind and the frequencies it is emitting so that you can return to your true vibration.
One of the most profound experiments and visual representations of the power and frequency of our words can be read about in Masaru Emoto’s book “The Hidden Messages In Water”. In this book, he describes experiments done by exposing water to certain words as it froze. The ice crystals that formed helped us see the power of these words. In some instances the water was spoken to, and in other instances the word was written on a piece of paper and placed around the clear glass holding the water. Words such as stupid, ugly, and hate created deformed crystals, if any at all. While words such as love, beautiful, peace, and gratitude created magnificent, intricate, and perfectly formed crystals. Whether the word is thought, written, or spoken, it has a frequency.
We seldom take the time to truly examine what our words mean beyond the Webster Dictionary’s definition, and the frequency it is generating. Consider the word “Retired”. The dictionary defines this word as “having left one's job and ceased to work”. But let’s break this word down another way. Re – tired. Re, meaning to do again or repeat. Tired, meaning in need of sleep or rest, weary, bored, no longer fresh or in new condition. So quite literally, retired means “I will be tired and weary over and over again”. Is it any wonder that when people retire, their health seems to fail them and they rapidly decline and age? Perhaps, we need to change our words to “I left my former job. Now I paint, tend the garden, chase my bliss, etc.”
As you can see, our language creates many limitations for us. New words are needed as we expand our consciousness and awareness of our true nature.
I was struck with a similar epiphany recently about the word “understand”. I was having a conversation recently with Al about God, God Consciousness, and Sovereignty. In particular, I have been trying to wrap my head around the ideal of being a Sovereign soul, and how being in alignment with our I Am at Source is also in alignment with Divine will. We approached the subject from many different angles, and referenced different teachings we have picked up along the way as we tried to understand this. And then that word “Understand” lit up for me. If we break it down, “under – stand” means to stand under something or a part from something. You can not stand within your Sovereignty by trying to understand it. You cannot stand within your truth by trying to understand it. You cannot stand within your God Consciousness by trying to understand it.
We tend to step back and view these concepts from the outside looking it. We believe that if we step back far enough, we can see the full picture and comprehend how it all inter-relates. And so we read endless books on the subject, believing that knowledge is understanding; and perhaps it is just that. In my book reading and knowledge seeking, I am standing under and apart from the truth. But if we want to truly experience our God Consciousness and Sovereignty, we must stand within our power. We must BE that which we seek. We must say I AM! This can be very scary. It can feel so safe to be so small. But to say “I AM” makes you a titan in that which you are claiming. I can feel within myself the fear of those words that keeps me from claiming them and keeps me small. It is the threshold of awareness, greatness, and spiritual evolution. Will you choose to cross that threshold?
Put another way; you can watch football religiously, study all the plays, and know the strengths of each player. You can understand this sport and know the job each team mate on the field is expected to preform. But you cannot know what it truly is like until you step out on that field.
So I will practice standing in my I AM, standing in my Sovereignty.
I had to look up the word “practice” to make sure it resonated correctly here. Practice is defined as:
1. “the actual application or use of an idea, belief, or method as opposed to theories about such application or use”, or
2. “repeated exercise in or performance of an activity or skill so as to acquire or maintain proficiency in it”.
So yes, the word practice is quite appropriate here.
I would share this experience with you, but you cannot under-stand it. You must stand within it if you want to experience it for yourself.
With so much love in my heart for each of you…. I AM LOVE.

I have a great many things I want to write about lately, but have not had the time, mental clarity, or energetic space to do so. I’ve been spending a lot of time with family while visiting Virginia. After traveling the nation full time for a year, it feels wonderful to be in one place for a while, where I know the people, and I am welcome in their homes and in their lives. I can walk right into the house without knocking. If I’m not there when the kids get home from school, they are texting me, asking where I am. It has created a sense of belonging that I have always craved in my life. But it has also been very demanding of my time and energy.
Someone recently asked me if I have found my tribe. She unwittingly asked the million dollar question. This has been a large part of my life story since I was a child. Events and circumstances in my life have taught me many valuable lessons about friendships and family, and it seems to be an on-going theme.
The first twelve years of my life were spent on Colonial Drive. I went to the same elementary school, with the same classmates, from kindergarten to sixth grade. If I wasn’t playing with my three brothers, then I was playing with the same kids on my block that I have always played with. This was my tribe. This was my home. And it marks the longest period of time that I have ever lived in one place in my 41 years on planet earth in this body.
I never went to the same school for more than a year after that. In eighth grade, I went to three different schools, in two different states. We moved from city to city, town to town, until I got out of school. I cannot remember the names of any of the friends I made during that time. Nor have I kept in contact with the friends I grew up with on Colonial Drive. The few that I have bumped into when I first returned to South Florida seemed like strangers to me. I no longer knew these people, and they didn't know me.
This experience has made it difficult for me to learn how to make friends, and keep them. I see others whose closest circle of friends are the same as it was 30 years ago. They talk to each other daily, or have Saturday dinners together with the families, or take trips together. This is so foreign to me. So there must be something wrong with me, right? Why am I not getting invited to watch the game on Sunday, or picnics and bar-b-ques?
My friends always seemed to be work buddies. Some of them I partied hard with back in my 20’s. But life goes on, and people move away. Only two remain a constant in my life; meaning we try to get together for brunch once a year, and occasionally send each other silly memes. Once I hit my 30’s, I seldom saw my work buddies outside of work. We just weren’t that type of friends. I always found it odd that you can spend 40 hours a week with someone, truly care about them and what was happening in their lives, but if one of you leaves the company, the friendship seems to cease to exist. Almost as if we don’t know how to maintain a friendship outside the office space. And I have always mourned the loss of these people in my daily life.
Now I work from home, and there are no office buddies to spend my day with. And I am left wondering how do adults make new friends? I live in an RV and travel full time, so no neighbors to befriend (not that I was ever good at making friends with the neighbors as an adult). We don’t have children, so no making friends with other parents (no common ground). We don’t attend a church, club, or any other social function. And truth be told, I am quite shy, and always worry that others will not grasp my unique weirdness. I hold back while I analyze the vibes from others, and become the chameleon trying to fit it.
But here’s the real kicker. I love my alone time. I crave it and need it in large doses. I function very well alone for long periods of time. Family and friends can seem like obligations of my time and energy, and I hate feeling obligated. But perhaps this is meant to create balance in my life so that I can accomplish that which I came here to do without the distractions. I'm very picky about who I let into my life. I do not assume that just because someone was there at the beginning, they should always be there. I do not feel guilty for not being able to maintain a friendship, because after all, a telephone works both ways. I am extremely protective of my time and space. I will not allow just anyone in. And I have zero tolerance for someone who is needy, or does not respect my time.
So, we come to the lessons learned:
I love all of you. Thank you for your role in my life!

Finding your truth is never easy, and at times it can feel like an illusion. The lines blur and we have a hard time knowing what is the truth of our heart vs. the illusion we created. That illusion is often fed by old programming- that which parents, ministers, teachers, friends, or society told you were “the truth”. Casting off the shackles (that word is for you, Werner) of social norms have never been a problem for me. After all, I am a nomadic traveling energy healer who hires clowns and magicians for a living. For me, the greatest challenge has been seeing and honoring that the gifts that I possess serve a purpose, and learning how to turn those into something I can share with the world.
It was no accident that you came here with your particular skills, thought patterns, or special abilities. You knew when coming here that these traits would help you achieve your soul contracts. But we have not been taught to see these special abilities as “Special”. Growing up, we saw those who excelled in sports, music, or arts labeled as the special ones with the most potential. “High grades, high hopes”, seemed to be the message. But we all don’t fit into those categories, and for good reason.
From a very early age, I knew that I didn’t “Fit In”. Even now, I have friends and family who label me as “Odd”. I’m quite okay with that now, and luckily my husband likes odd things. But, for a young person, that can translate to “I don’t measure up”. Some of this thought pattern has carried over into my adult life, particularly when it comes to my spiritual evolution.
I had a conversation with a friend recently, and we were sharing with each other our personal experiences and life transformations since our Marconic Recalibration. I realized when speaking to him that he far surpasses me in terms of what he is capable of. This isn’t the first time I have felt like this when conversing amongst my circle of “Odd Friends”. Some are consciously astral traveling, spending time in the fifth dimension or beyond, at will. Others are seeing auras, orbs, unicorns, or spaceships. Others are talking with angels and guides the same as you and I having a conversation over a cup of tea. I do none of these things! I must not be meditating enough, or not paying close enough attention, I must try harder, I have so much catching up to do… Lies, Lies, Lies! Those simply are not my gifts. Don’t get me wrong; I am still evolving and growing and learning, and new skills and gifts will be downloaded when I need them. But I must first learn how to use the gifts and tools I do have before I can develop more. Mastery is not about matching another’s abilities, or being able to have conversations with Buddha. It is about fully embracing and harnessing your God given gifts.
Yet here was this friend, treating me as a spiritually evolved equal, and seeking my knowledge and perspective on a matter. This allowed me to step into my integrity and my sovereignty and come to a few of my own realizations. I have been trying to find a way to share my gifts with others, and help people awaken. I’ve obtained large amounts of know-how over the years through reading, studying, classes and workshops. Surly I can put together a program with lots of useful and fun things I can share.
I sought out different avenues, such as hosting my own workshops and retreats. But there was a fear and uncertainty within me that asked “Are you qualified? What do you have to offer? Do you think you are spiritually advanced enough? What if you have someone who attends who surpasses you, or stumps you with a question? What could you possibly teach them? It would seem like kindergarten to someone else.” All of these doubts make me feel small and lead me to think I’m just not ready.
Me, small? What utter bullshit! I AM SOVEREIGN! I AM A TITAN!
I have come to realize that my greatest gifts is my truth and my simplicity in message. I am not here to teach you how to talk to angels, how to channel your guides through automatic writing, or how to use crystals. I am here to teach you how to stand in your integrity and sovereignty by being that example for you. From this place, I can reach many more people and give you what I feel is the greatest of gifts- self discovery of your divinity. It is practical, real, and relatable. There is no disappointment from your “average” (I hate that word, but it serves it’s purpose here) person if they cannot see an orb. I’m not teaching you magic tricks. I am opening the gateway to allow you to expand your consciousness and find alignment with your Higher Self. When you are in alignment with your Higher Self at source, you have all the tools you need! You do not need angels or crystals to help you. They are all trying to get you to reestablish your connection with your Higher Self and Oversoul. We continue to look to outside sources for assistance, and they keep trying to get you to look within for what you truly need. As you come closer and closer to this truth, you will find your guides and angels step back and take a hands off approach, like a parent who knows when it’s time to let their children claim their own independence.
But, we all need a boost every now and then to get us over the first step, and that is where Marconics comes in. A Marconic No-Touch Energy Session with me will help you raise your vibration so high that you are able to shed density and old programming and allow for a stronger connection between you and your Higher Self. It is from this place of alignment with your Higher Self that you feel your connection with Source and truly feel guided, loved, and protected… BY YOU!
So, I will continue to share my truth here, in the hopes that it helps you find your own truth. This may require you to peel back the layers of insecurities, doubt, and useless programming. But the hidden gem that is you deserves to come into the light to shine. Your truth is beautiful.

There are two types of people in this world: Those who eat to live, and those who live to eat. Perhaps it’s my Italian bloodline, but I definitely fall into the latter group. Eating is perhaps my favorite thing about being in a physical body. Don’t get me wrong; sex is exquisite. But I eat much more often than I have sex. And when choosing your next meal of the day, you have so many options to choose from. Whereas my next sexual encounter will be with the same person as it was last time.
When I sit for a meal (for one must never stand whilst they eat, as if they have something better to be doing), I savor the flavors and textures. I am completely engrossed in the moment, and will not allow for any distractions. The phone goes unanswered. I am present. I am fully focused on the joy by body is experiencing. I do not take for granted that I have this physical body that allows me to experience this stimulation.
This life is very short. You may come back to earth with a different body and get to enjoy it’s many fascinating stimulants, but each human experience you have will be different. You may return to a different region or time, with different foods. Or you may choose a nonphysical form the next time around, and completely miss and yearn for the delights of the flesh. Don’t take these beautiful moments for granted.
I cannot eat absolutely anything under the sun as I used to (how I miss Cinnabon!). I have had to learn to listen to my body and practice discernment, choosing those things that nourish my mind, body, and soul. Blessing my food has become very important, and giving thanks. When I bless my food, I always send a blessing to everyone who helped bring this food to my table, including the person who made the table. After all, it took many people to get that food to you. Beyond the farmer and the hands in the fields, there is the person who drove the delivery truck to the grocer, the person who built the truck that hauled the food, the people who built the factories that built the truck, the HR manager that hired all the employees at your local grocery store…. The list goes on and on. But that one blessing has a large ripple effect. Millions of people had a hand in bringing you your three meals today. It can be seen as a beautiful symphony, each person playing their part to bring you this moment. And each one of those parts is so important to the whole. Expand your consciousness to see the beautiful interconnectivity.
Practice being present, aware, and alive. Bon A Petite!
